RAINN- The Rape Abuse Incest National Network- RAINN provides an online hotline that offers real time online support to survivors in crisis. RAINN also has a national hotline that provides support for survivors in crisis and information about healing after abuse, rape or incest.

Feminist Majority Foundation- Domestic Violence Resources and Hotlines- The Feminist Majority Foundation offers an extensive list of resources and hotlines for those who are in domestically violent situations. It also offers information about womens rights within our society.

National Domestic Violence Hotline Website- The National (American) domestic violence hotline is available across America in all 50 states. The number is also listed in blue at the top of this page.

The Toronto Rape Crisis Centre- A rape crisis centre for those living in Canada.

The Suicide Hotline Website- A website that offers a hotline for those who are actively suicidal or are contemplating suicide.

Interval House- Toronto-based shelter for abused women & children
